Cost:

FREE!!!! No cost to enter. 

 

What:

You photo can be any subject (No NUDES) and can be taken with any type of camera. Photos should be cropped in a 4:3 ration or be able to be printed in an 8x10. As winners will be placed in our gallery and available for purchase, Scott highly recommends non-portrait shots. 

Photos can be taken with ANY camera. Winners will be asked to send the photo to us for printing and showing in the exhibition. You are welcome to watermark your photos when you post your entry. If you are a winner, we will need to the non-watermarked version for printing. 

 

How to enter:

- Through Instagram - Post your photo while tagging @scottturnmeyer (follow first) and use the hashtag #turnmeyerphotocontest2020

- Through Facebook - Post your photo while tagging Scott Turnmeyer Photography (like first and type @Scott Turnmeyer Photography in your post to tag) and put the hashtag #turnmeyerphotocontest2020 in the description

- Through Email - Email your photo with the subject #turnmeyerphotocontest2020 to info@turnmeyer.com 

- You can enter as many times as you like, but Scott highly recommends picking your best 4-5 shots to submit. 

 

Who can enter:

Anyone can enter this contest that has a valid Instagram, Facebook or email account.

 

When:

Contest will begin on July 27th, 2020 at 12:00am ET and will end on August 16th, 2020 at 11:59pm ET.

Winners will be announced Monday August 24th, 2020 at 7:00pm LIVE on our Youtube and Facebook Channels, as well as posted on Instagram and our website. 

 

Judging:

Scott Turnmeyer will be the sole judge and winners are at his discretion. He will be basing his pick on story telling, technical merit, feel of the photo, etc. 

 

Fine Print:

All winners will have their photos put in black 8x10 frames and hung in Turnmeyer Galleries for 60 days. They will be available for sale and the photographer will receive 75% of the selling price if their photo sells. Turnmeyer Galleries will price all photos accordingly, no exceptions. 

By entering this contest you agree that Turnmeyer Galleries and Scott Turnmeyer Photography, and their employees may use your photo for promotional and marketing efforts as they see fit.
