We maintain a strict 15 day return policy. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In Store Purchase Returns
Any product not listed above and purchased in store may be returned for a full refund or exchange for other or like products within 15 days of the date and time of the purchase. Any returns after the 15 days are not allows.
Any merchandise being returned must be in exact same condition as it left the store. It must not smell of of smoke or foul odors and all packaging and tags must be in place. Any merchandise not matching this criteria will not be allowed to be returned.
Returns for Online Orders
If you have a damaged product from an online order please send photos of the product along with a description of the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond within 24 hours with next steps.
Full refunds are only provided for damaged or defective products. If you are returning an item and it is not considered damaged or defective then you will not receive a refund or your original shipping costs and you are responsible for paying the shipping to return it to us. There is no restock fee. You may also return your item to our physical location at 407B East Main St, Front Royal, VA 22630
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Photographs ordered online are considered custom orders and are not refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
