They don’t allow returns of brand new products claiming its clearance. This store is a joke don’t purchase from them. Horrific experience lesson learned ! Can’t imagine they’ll be around long ripping customers off and lying to them.

This is not true at all. This item has been in our store for 3 months now and we had less than 5 in stock. When that happens we move an item to clearance to make room for new products. We only have a finite amount of space in our store and we cannot have items with just a few left sitting around when we can utilize that space for new products. Our return policy is very clear and the link to it is on the bottom of every page. If an item is in the clearance section then it is final sale. We cannot mark this down because it is still current with Simply Southern so we cannot advertise a price lower than what we have it for. Once we can, then we do immediately. No scamming here, nothing like that. Just a small business setting policies that we have to to stay in business and a customer upset because they did not read the return policy prior or ordering.
